The Black Diamond Standard Series Gas Griddle is a versatile and essential piece of equipment in many commercial kitchens, particularly in diners, restaurants, cafes and food trucks. This commercial gas griddle provides a flat cooking surface that can be used to prepare a wide variety of foods, such as burgers, steaks, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sandwiches and other grilled foods. This commercial countertop griddle ensures even heat distribution and long-lasting performance, making it ideal for establishments that require quick and consistent cooking. The grill is constructed with an easy-to-clean stainless steel front and sides that are fully welded and able to withstand the toughest of kitchen environments. Additionally, the back and side splashes prevent grease from splattering onto surrounding walls and counters. Each of the three stainless steel burners puts out 30,000 BTU/hour with one burner for every 12" of griddle width. The cooking surface is made up of 5/8" thick steel. This commercial gas griddle has a 3" wide grease trough for easy clean-up. The unit comes standard with a stainless steel drip tray, four 5" adjustable legs, separate gas valves for each burner with standing pilot lights and a 3/4" rear NPT gas inlet. It is set up for use with Natural Gas (NG) and is field convertible to Liquid Propane (LPG). The unit is ETL Listed and ETL Sanitation.
