Each burner has its own individual standing pilot light and control, allowing you to set up different cooking zones along the griddle plate. The unit's temperature range of 200° to 450° makes it easier to cook a variety of foods like pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers and more. The easy-to-clean unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides with splash guards, a stainless steel drip tray and a grease trough.
