The Star-Max 6136RCBF lava rock charbroiler is designed to provide excellent heating and control when preparing a wide variety of products. Lava rocks provide big flavor when food drippings hit the hot rocks in turn transfering smoke back to the product. This 15" wide charbroiler is designed with durability and flexibility in mind with cast burners and a control knob every 12" across the width. The grates have been designed to hold a high capacity of product for maximum efficiency under demanding cooking situations.
