Alto-Shaam's 1000-TH/I Halo Heat Slo Cook & Hold Oven will not only thoroughly cook a wide variety of foods, but will also hold the food at the ideal temperature prior to serving. Featuring two independent cooking compartments, this oven is ideal for catering companies, banquet halls and schools. Using Halo Heat technology, this oven provides thorough, uniform cooking throughout each compartment while minimizing protein shrinkage and maintaining moisture. Additionally, both compartments have simple to use controls for adjusting cooking time, cooking temperature from 200 to 325 degrees F and holding temperature from 60 to 205 degrees F, along with a digital display for easy monitoring. Also, the simple controls sense temperature drops more rapidly and quickly recover any heat lost.
The exterior and doors of this cook & hold oven are made from extremely durable stainless steel and each compartment includes two stainless steel side racks with 8 pan positions, 3 stainless steel shelves and a stainless steel drip pan. In addition, the antimicrobial handles prevent the growth of illness-causing pathogens.
