John Boos MYSB Boos Mystery Oil, 16oz

John Boos MYSB Boos Block Mystery Oil is a food-grade mineral oil ideal for use on wood butcher blocks and cutting boards. This oil easily absorbs and penetrates deeply into the grain of the wood to help protect and revitalize wood fibers. When using the oil, it is recommended that you apply a generous amount to the board and let sit overnight. Add more oil if there are dry spots or for any other necessary reason. Any excess oil can be wiped off the following day.
