The Camshelving® Universal Storage Rack for Premium Series and Elements XTRA Series transforms stacked pans and gaps of wasted space into easy-to-access, vertical storage. Using seven rails spaced 2" apart, operators can hold food pans, sheet pans, food boxes and dough boxes. Instead of stacking food pans or food boxes on top of each other, the Universal Storage Rack attaches to Camshelving to create drawers for frequently-used ingredients. Rust-free panels and rails are safe from -40 to 350˚F (-40˚C to 177˚C). Each panel can hold up to 120 lb. and each rail can hold up to 30 lb.
