Vulcan's 60SS-6B24GT Endurance Gas Restaurant Range comes complete with six open burners, a 20-1/4" wide bakers depth oven, a 26-3/8" wide standard depth oven and a 24" griddle. This range is a large size for your busy commercial kitchens, and is filled with all of the prerequisites for today's demanding kitchens. The open burners keep your sauces and vegetables simmering, while the flexible griddle can be used for many cooking purposes from pancakes to burgers and much more. The ovens have a temperature range of 250-500 degrees Fahrenheit and offer the reliability and stability you need for each of your menu items. The frame for this range is fully MIG welded for added strength and durability. The range is manufactured using high quality stainless steel on the front, sides, backriser and lift-off high shelf. Also, 6" adjustable stainless steel legs are included as are two oven racks. Each of the six open top burners brings the power of 30,000 BTU/hr. with lift-off burner heads, and a shrouded flash tube pilot system (one pilot for every two burners). Heavy duty cast grates keep even your heaviest pots secure and at the ready. The left oven offers 23,000 BTU/hr. and accommodates full size sheet pans placed front-to-back in four different rack positions. The right oven offers 35,000 BTU/hr. and accommodates full size sheet pans placed front to back or side to side. The burner knobs are cool to the touch and the oven features a heavy duty cool touch oven door handle.
