Special Order Blodgett's ZEPH-100-G-ES DBL Zephaire Double Deck Standard Gas Convection Oven will provide years of reliable, quality service and is a perfect choice for high volume, rigorous use commercial kitchens. This double deck convection oven features a fully welded angle iron frame and stainless steel exterior for additional strength and durability. Solid mineral fiber insulation stays in place to eliminate hot or cold spots, guaranteeing even and consistent cooking. This unit is equipped with triple-mounted pressure lock doors with a turnbuckle assembly that allows the operator to easily operate both doors with only one hand. The ZEPH-100-G-ES DBL has Blodgett's Solid State Infinite Control with Manual Timer, which features easy-to-use control dials and a linear temperature referencing system for optimal temperature accuracy. The double-sided porcelainized liner makes for easy cleaning and prevention of rust, resulting in a much longer life for this Blodgett convection oven.
